Privacy Policy

At Prime Skin Clinic we take privacy seriously and we are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. We use the information we collect to provide our services. We do not share or sell the information we collect for any other purpose than providing the best possible service for our clients.

At any time, you may request a copy of information we have recorded about you. You may also request we remove all identifiable information with respect to yourself. As a matter of course, we will delete your identifiable information if you have not undertaken business with us after 2 years.

Cookies

This site may store cookies on your computer to enhance your experience when using the online shop. You can disable browser cookies and still use this site without issue. This site also uses Google Analytics which will store cookies on your computer and record anonymous information about how you use the site.

Non-Refundable Deposits

A £10 deposit will be required to secure an appointment £20 and over, appointments over £100 will require a £25 deposit. Deposits will be taken at the time of booking and will then be deducted from the cost of treatment. Please be aware deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

We completely understand that things can happen at the last minute and can assure you that we will be sympathetic in certain circumstances.  Please be kind enough to provide us with at least 24 hours notice for cancelling appointments.

All clients are given the opportunity to provide us with a phone number for us to send a 48 hour reminder text, our booking system sends these out automatically.

If you provide 24 hours or more cancellation notice, you can reschedule your appointment using the previous deposit.

If you fail to provide 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment, you must pay an additional deposit when rebooking your appointment. Please be aware that deposits are non-refundable. If you choose not to rebook your appointment you will not receive a refund.
